Having a good diet and exercise routine goes a long way in keeping you healthy and preventing and remedying many health conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure, hemorrhoids, fatigue and depression among others. 

There are many guides out there and it can get quite confusing on what to follow but I have found that keeping things simple is the best way to go. Stay way from guides that tell you can get results very quick. Most of the time these guides are really just scams and if they do work, you get side effects. 


I found there are two main goals people want to achieve when it comes to dieting. Its either you want to lose weight if you are overweight or less commonly gain weight if you are underweight and if you fall in either category you want to  maintain your weight once you achieve your goal. Which ever category you are in the best way to achieve your goal is to have a good balance of diet and exercise. 


You can achieve both goals without exercise but it becomes a lot harder to maintain your achievements. Getting the body you want can be a daunting process. By far the best methods I have seen are those that make diet and exercise a permanent part of your lifestyle. 


Whatever path you follow, don't overthink things, keep things as simple as possible. Integrate routines into your life and make them your lifestyle and you will be on track to achieve your dream body.
